Each piece is made to order, so please allow 3-7 business days for production before shipping. Delivery times vary by location, but you’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

Are your pieces embroidered or printed?
Our core pieces focus on custom embroidery, with select designs also available as print depending on the style.

Can I request a custom design, slogan, or colourway?
Yes — custom embroidery is a huge part of what we do. If you want a different slogan, thread colour, garment style, or vibe, get in touch via our contact page.

Can I choose a different item for a design (hat, tee, hoodie, etc.)?
In many cases, yes. If you’ve seen a design you love but want it on another piece, reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.

Are your items limited edition?

Do you accept returns?
Because many items are made to order or customised, we currently offer returns for store credit only. Items must be returned in their original condition within our return window.
