At Pretty Petty Culture Club, each piece is made to order — created for the chronically online, culturally aware, and never mass produced.
Processing & Production Times
Because our pieces are custom made or embroidered to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production and fulfilment before dispatch.
During new drops, launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Costs
International shipping is free on all orders.
Fulfilment Locations
Orders are fulfilled through our global production network, with dispatch location depending on product type, stock availability, and your shipping destination. This helps us optimise production and delivery efficiency where possible.
Currency
Our website currently supports automatic pricing in five select currencies.
Your local currency will update once your shipping country is entered at checkout (where supported).
If your local currency is not currently available, checkout will default to one of our supported currencies.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. While shipping is free, any customs or import charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, significantly delayed, or appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help however we can.
