Because our pieces are made to order, we currently offer returns for store credit only. Items must be returned in their original condition within our return window. We don't offer refunds for change of mind, custom orders or incorrect size selection, so it's worth checking the size guide before you check out.

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. International delivery typically takes a further 2-7 business days depending on destination, so your tracking link is the best place to check for the most accurate estimate.

If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed or seems to have gone missing in transit, contact us with your order number (and photos, if damaged) and we'll make it right.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes depending on your country's regulations. Shipping is free, but any customs or import charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Items may occasionally ship separately depending on fulfilment location or product type. If that happens, you'll get tracking for each parcel.

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We're not able to cover orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Orders are fulfilled through our global production network. Dispatch location depends on product type, stock availability and your shipping destination. This helps us keep production and delivery running as efficiently as possible.

Our site automatically detects your location and displays prices in your local currency across a wide range of countries. If we don't yet support your local currency, prices will display in AUD instead.
